Successfully ran for the whole journey. It's 7.9km and damn... I am getting fatter with no exercise, this run really cost me a lot. After ran for the whole course, both my legs ache like hell. I walked awkwardly. I moved my leg also felt pain. Sigh.....
If I continued to jog, I don't think it's a good idea too as I know I have bad knees. But without jogging, what other exercise can I do?? :(
