Received a very bad news from my ex-colleague.
My ex-colleague who was my senior or supervising senior had left this world peacefully around 7pm this evening. He had left behind his beloved wife and children.
It is an indeed sad news. At a stage, I heard good news that he is recovering well. So I really did not anticipate this devastating news. Really feel sad. He really had sacrificed a lot for his family. sob sob.....
Sorry coz I can't attend your wake as I am still in S'pore. I hope you will always watch out for your family up beyond the sky. May you always bless your family ......

I got my money back!!!!
If you have read my previous post, you will know what I am going to say now.
XYZ indeed paid back my small loan to him. Kudos to him. Hopefully this will serve as reminder to his friends that we all should give him a chance. And to XYZ... do not dishearten when you hear people say bad things about you. It is their loss in not knowing you better.
I must say I am sorry to you too as in the beginning I suspected that you won't fulfill your promise. It is shallow of me of thinking that in the spur of moment. But after that, I realised I should chant that you are that kind of person.... and you have proved me right.
Kudos again. ^_^

D-day today!
Today will be day. Today will be day to prove whether XYZ will really keep his promise. For those who are not sure what shit am I talking now, please go here. Today will also prove his integrity as well as his honesty.
In another word, it also will prove my stupidity to trust a guy's word with little knowledge on his background. If he indeed does not keep to his promise without valid reason, sigh.... I would say I will leave my case close. I am indeed STUPID!!!!!
As I have advocate earlier, I strongly believe in karma. If you cheat people, you are accumulating bad karma. So XYZ... please. Do not cheat anybody else. Let me be the last one.
(shessshh..... I am bad mouthing him too. Damn! I am collecting bad karma too. I shall keep my mouth shut until I get his response)

Went for a buffet dinner at Orchard Cafe in Orchard Hotel
Just now, I attended a buffet dinner with my friends in conjunction of Aaron birthday.
Happy birthday, Aaron (whether u read this or not!) ^_^
Anyway, actually his birthday falls on 13th of November. Too bad, a lot of friends can't make it during that week. Hence we have to bring the celebration in advance. A bit paiseh to Aaron.
But the food at Orchard Cafe is good too. As we are utilizing the promotion whereby buy 1 free, so it is not that expensive. Each of us pay $30 for the dinner. I would say not bad and worth the money.

Given a tour to ..........
I just back home around 3:30am. Yeah.... it's pretty late. I had never so late to be home at SG. Tonight probably is my first.
Went for "tien kai chuk" at XYZ with some of my friends. Then suddenly one of my friends mooted the idea whether wanna go for a tour to see the parade show. I was puzzled and asked him what parade show? He answered, "Seeing ko ko kai lor." Ahh....now I know. I told him I had been to XYZ for 1 or 2 times, but never saw those ladies before. My friend told me, "It is becoz you are at wrong streets."
And so 6 of us went for a tour. My friend told me the typical question these girls will ask would be, "wanna go?" It means whether you want her service. If you want, then you will need to negotiate the price with her. I firmly told him, "I won't ler." He also told me he won't as he had a beautiful wife at home with 2 daughters. He said he just went around the area to see those pretty ladies (wash eyes) only.
I was so timid. I dare not to see those ladies eyes. I felt that they were very aggressive. As I walked along with my friends along the streets, the girls keep on trying to pull my friend away. Hence, I always walked at another side of my friends. I just felt uncomfortable with the ladies. We quickly went around the streets and went home.
So I had my first tour to those areas. It is an eye opener for me. Another friend of mine told me that tonight the streets had less ladies to see already. He told me few months ago when he went there for sightseeing, there are more ladies.
Oh well.... as people always said, there are two types of industry that has rooted in human history. One is gambling. Another is prostitution. Hence, I think it would be extremely difficult to eradicate it as long as there are demands for the ladies.
